Watch for my upcoming, Alternative Portfolio 6, my visit to the
Brookhaven National Laboratory The National Lab was open for visit this summer (2014) in what it called "Summer Sundays" event. This is a rare occasion for the National Lab with the country's largest atom smashing particle accelerator, RHIC, Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, to open it's doors to the public. It was an honor and a privilege to visit and photograph some of the wonderful places in this site. The staff along with the scientist I got to meet and the cool experiments I got to see were simply amazing. I am proud of these scientist and engineers who do such a great job. If anyone from the Lab is reading this please help out architecture and contact me, I would love to photograph more of the architecture there for my blog! (Won't happen I know) Unfortunately the conditions I took my photos under did not allow for my usual artistic point of view shots sorry....under the circumstances, it was the best I could do.
